KORANG......walupun 2014 dh lm mnjelma...ni br nk azam bru...kikiki....azam nk kurus....say no to rice......haaaa....ambik ko...nj btul2 tekad dah ni...dh bosan bile duduk angkukn lemak.....dh 3hr dh diet oooo....pg td mkn oat 4sudu....nk lunch punye mkn....
semngat den bgun awal....nk bkr patty tu.....yg pnting knyang....sedap.....nganga besau2....hihi.....
